For access problems, unconfirmed payments or refund/withdrawal requests, contact the address above with your order reference and account email. Never send a full card number, password or verification code.
If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it within the applicable period, generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason. Email an explicit statement with your name, order reference and date. Deleting your account or closing Stripe does not constitute a withdrawal notice.
Optional template: “I notify you that I withdraw from my Wortelis A1 contract, order [reference], concluded on [date]. Name: [name]. Request date: [date].” Requests are reviewed manually; refunds due are issued to the original payment method within applicable statutory deadlines. No full card number is required.
Refunds are executed in Stripe, not through a fake app button. A confirmed full refund removes purchased access; a partial refund does not automatically remove it. A dispute may suspend that right during handling. Account, progress and financial records are retained.
Account deletion does not trigger a refund. Pending payments must be resolved before deletion; purchases are not automatically transferred to a new account.
